Description

Innocence and imagination are represented by the paper crown and wooden sword. When kids play make believe they can be anything: kings, astronauts, soccer players, bakers, and so on. As kids grow up sometimes reality puts a dent in their ambition. As one grows up they may lose confidence and begin to doubt themselves. In this shoot the model is attempting to hold on to these dreams and fantasies. The sword becomes a tool to fight off her inner demons and self-doubt.

FUN FACT: These were taken in Birkenfeld, Germany.
